This Privacy Policy explains how The Alchemy Years ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit alchemy-years.com or any associated web page, purchase a digital resource, subscribe to updates, participate as a coaching client, or otherwise participate in The Alchemy Years community (together, the "Services").
We collect the information needed to run our Services (your name, email, and payment details), we NEVER sell your information, and we use it ONLY to serve you, communicate with you, and improve our offerings. Details are below.
Contact information: name and email address, when you sign up for a free or member-only download, newsletter, or purchase a product or service.
Payment information: processed directly by our payment partner, Stripe, through our website platform, Podia. We never see or store your full card number.
Coaching information (only if you become a coaching client): health history, symptoms, or other wellness details you choose to share with us for the purpose of your coaching sessions.
Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, browser and device type, collected automatically through cookies and our website platform's built-in analytics.
We use your information to:
deliver the products, downloads, or coaching services you request
respond to your questions and communications
send newsletters or updates, only if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not and will not sell your personal information EVER. We share it only with:
Podia, our website and payment hosting platform (see Podia's own Privacy Policy at podia.com/privacy for how it processes data on our behalf)
Stripe, our payment processor
Allied service providers who help us operate, all bound to keep your information confidential
Authorities or other parties when required by law
If you complete an intake form or questionnaire as part of coaching, any health-related information you share is used only to personalize your coaching experience. We keep it confidential and do not share it with third parties without your express written consent, except where required by law and subject to a lawful court order. The Alchemy Years coaching is educational and complementary to medical care. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity, but we handle anything you share about your health with the same level of care and protection.
Our Site uses cookies, through our website platform, to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the Site. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Site features may not work as well if you do.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our Services, maintain accurate business records, and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
No matter where you live, you can request we:

Our Services are intended for adults. We do NOT knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please let us know so we can delete it.
We use reasonable safeguards, including those built into Podia and Stripe, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use our Services after an update means you accept the changes.
